How can I track my order?

What is the warranty period for Noise products?

All Noise smartwatches and audio products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products that are received in a damaged condition or have manufacturing defects. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Are Noise smartwatches water-resistant?

Yes, most Noise smartwatches come with IP67 or IP68 ratings, making them resistant to sweat, splashes, and dust. However, we recommend checking the specific product page for deep-water compatibility.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
